How to Submit a Request

If you are signed in, you can initiate permanent account deletion directly from the Profile page inside Netquity. The in-app flow uses a typed challenge before deletion is sent to Cognito.

If you cannot access the app, you can still email support@hermargroup.com from the email address associated with your account or clearly identify that account in your request.

• For email-based deletion requests, use a subject line such as "Account Deletion Request".
• For access, correction, or export requests, describe the records or action you want us to process.
• If you are acting through an authorized agent where permitted by law, include proof of authorization.

Verification

We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before completing a request. If we cannot verify your authority or identity, we may deny or limit the request as permitted by law.

What Happens When You Request Deletion

Once a deletion request is verified, we will delete or de-identify personal information associated with the account unless we need to retain certain information for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, tax, accounting, backup, or other lawful internal purposes.

Deleting an account may remove access to projects, transactions, assets, liabilities, exports, and other stored records tied to that account.

Other Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to know what personal information we collect, access a copy of it, correct inaccuracies, appeal a denied request, or limit certain types of processing.

We do not sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Response Timing

We respond within the time required by applicable law or, if no specific legal deadline applies, within a commercially reasonable period.
