Effective date: March 27, 2026

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Netquity. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and use the service only in compliance with applicable law. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.

What the Service Provides

Netquity is software for expense tracking, net worth tracking, budgeting, financial organization, reporting, and related calculators and planning tools.

Netquity does not provide personalized financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, accounting advice, brokerage services, custody, or fiduciary services.

No Financial Advice or Guarantee

All dashboards, analytics, simulations, calculators, and projections are provided for informational and planning purposes only. They rely on assumptions, user-entered data, and limited calculations, and they do not guarantee future performance, tax outcomes, investment results, or financial success.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, legality, and reliability of data you submit. You are also responsible for reviewing outputs and deciding whether to rely on them.

  • Use the service only for lawful purposes.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.
  • Do not upload malicious code, misleading information, or content that infringes third-party rights.
  • Do not use the service to provide regulated services unless you independently satisfy all required licenses and legal obligations.

Third-Party Services and Data

The service may depend on third-party infrastructure, authentication services, or imported data. We are not responsible for outages, delays, or inaccuracies caused by third-party systems or by information you import or enter.

Intellectual Property

Netquity, its software, branding, content, design, and related materials are owned by Hermar Group LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use the service for its intended purpose.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created security or legal risk, or misused the service. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion using the process described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hermar Group LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, use, data, or business opportunities arising from or related to the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Hermar Group LLC for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100) or the amount you paid us for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hermar Group LLC and its affiliates, personnel, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the service and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an updated version becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law and, to the extent permitted, the laws of the jurisdiction in which Hermar Group LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue will lie in a court of competent jurisdiction serving that location unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
